Jason’s most recent hallmark achievement was leading the development of the Toyota Music Factory in Irving, TX—a landmark mixed-use project encompassing entertainment venues, retail, and a specialized banking facility with a dedicated data center. Under his direction, the project achieved record profitability and was successfully transitioned to Brookfield Properties, where Jason continued to oversee operations during their acquisition and integration phase.

While spearheading this complex development, Jason also completed Executive Education at the MIT School of Business, further sharpening his strategic and operational acumen. His ability to manage large-scale projects while pursuing advanced education underscores his commitment to excellence and continuous growth.

Beyond real estate and development, Jason has successfully executed private placements for capital and acquisitions in the technology sector, demonstrating his versatility and financial expertise.
